Would accompany us delivering Fruit cakes. Shared a lot of his talent ! He helped all the people around him ! I’m glad Ken is reunited with his beloved wife Dotty. Keep in touch Ken. I believe in the communion of Saints!
Happy to have known the Yancy family my whole life. We all lived on South Sixth St. My sister Mary Ann & Ken were babies together. He came to see her when she was ill. She appreciated him so much. Every time we saw him he always had a smile & time for a good visit. Good memories of him. May God bless you all at this sad time.
We enjoyed getting to know Ken when he moved to Jonesboro and joined our SS class at Central Baptist. We talked often about our common acquaintances in Lee county where I spent my early life living around Cypress Corner. We were blessed to know Ken, he is missed. Our condolences to the family of this special man.

I am so sorry for the loss of Kenneth. He was so kind and a great postmaster. After we both moved to Jonesboro, I would run into him in Kroger and it was always so nice to get to visit with him. He was truly a jewel. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Love to you.
Kenneth has been a friend since the mid 1960's and was always a smiling face regardless of what was going on. Always friendly and hard working. We will really miss you Ken!

We got to know Ken when he joined Central Baptist and tried keeping up with him after he was no longer able to attend church. He was such a gentleman. The information he shared about the Sallis family and others of our past life in Lee County was special and I am grateful for the all-too-short time he spent with us.
I. Have known Kenneth for many years. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.
I never met a better man. He was honorable and loved the Lord. Dottie was his wife whom he adored. Their children brought endless joy to them. Just to know Ken made me a better person. The memories will remain because he was a childhood friend and remained so throughout life.
Ken was a great friend and a good guy. Always enjoyed visiting with him and talking on the phone about the Good old Days in the "Twin Cities." We were in the same Sunday School Class at Central Baptist. I will miss seeing and talking to him but I know he is in a better place. Curt Hodges
