Arlis William (Slim) (Big Honey) Hathcock, 77, of Benton passed away on April 5, 2024 at his residence.
He was born in Donaldson, AR to the late Henry and Earach Hathcock. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Arlis went to Benton High School, then worked for Reynolds, Milwhite and retiring from St. Cobain. He was an avid deer hunter and loved to fish. He adored and loved his wife, loved living on Pebble Lake. Kind, Gentle and Humble, always ready to help where needed. But never wanting the spotlight on him.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Hathcock; three stepchildren, Amy Rose, Amber Davis, Andrew Beasley; nine grandchildren; best friend, Prentis Field; niece, Tena Echols; many cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 A.M. April 20, 2024 at his home on the Lake with Pastor Brian Moore officiating. It will be a Potluck, bring your own lawn chair, drinks will be provided.
Memorials may be made to Highland Heights Baptist Church, 1421 Alcoa Road, Benton, AR72015 or Brush Creek Hunting Club, 413 Mesa Bend Drive, Benton, AR 72019, or the American Cancer Society.
