Frank Thomas Ramey

of Little Rock, AR

June 29, 1958 - April 8, 2024

Frank Thomas Ramey, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away in his home on April 8, 2024 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 65 following a fearless battle with liver cancer.

Born on June 29, 1958 in Atlanta, Georgia. Frank was the son of Thomas and Marilyn Ramey. He attended the University of Alabama, where he played golf. On July 28, 1984, Frank married the love of his life, Linda Seymour Ramey. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with many friends and cherished memories. He is survived by his bride and their four children, Taylor (Emily), Clay (Morgan), Bryce and Bailey; four grandchildren, Scarlett (9) and Camp (1) and William (4) and Darby (3); his sister, Julie Vero and her family, along with countless friends. His loved ones brought immeasurable joy to Frank's life.

Frank was a devout Christ follower and dedicated family man who found immense happiness in spending time with his loved ones. His love for golf was evident as he continued to play throughout his life, participating in the US Amateur, US Mid-Amateur, and winning club championships. Yet, the relationships shared with close friends and his children on the golf course brought him the most happiness. Beyond golf, Frank enjoyed hunting with his sons, playing pickleball with Linda, attending Alabama games with his daughter, fishing with his friends and spending many weekends with the family at Lake Ouachita. Frank's passion for the Crimson Tide was evident and infectious, as three out of his four children would go on to cheer for Alabama while attending the University of Arkansas.

However, Frank's most significant legacy lies in his commitment to leading and investing in others. This was evident in the relationships he built with cardiologists, nurses and others he worked with in his 40-year career in medical sales. Known for his smile, genuineness and compassionate nature, he touched the lives of countless individuals. As members of Fellowship Bible Church for over 30 years, Frank and Linda opened their hearts and home to lead discipleship groups, host dinners and welcome friends with open arms.

A celebration of Frank's life, where family and friends will gather to honor his remarkable life, will be held at Fellowship Bible Church on Friday, April 12th at 11:00 AM with a visitation immediately following.

Honorary Pallbearers: Kim Backus, Jeb Barlow, David Clokey, Gene Davis, Bubba Hagan, Tim Langford, Stuart Miller, Doug Rich & Ben Rush.
