Charles Ray Price
''Chuck''
November 1946 to April 2, 2024
Chuck was born in Brooklyn, New York. He grew up in Massachusetts and spent most of his childhood at the race tract with his brother; Roger. Ray Price (dad) was racecar driver and also a Tour Bus Driver. The family moved to California when Chuck was 13 years old.
At the age of 17, Chuck and Roger followed in their father's footsteps and enlisted in the Navy. While in the Navy, Chuck worked on the base in Pensacola, FL in Fire & Rescue at the beginning of his Navy career. He was considering re-enlisting for the next three years because he enjoyed his job.
He was then sent to the aircraft carrier, USS Saratoga to meet up with the USS Forrestal, VA 46 off the coast of Vietnam, close to De'Nang. Chuck's job on the Forrestal was to maintain the Bomber Planes. The Forrestal had tragedy on July 29, 1968. Bombs started exploding on the flight deck. Chuck is a hero. He helped the wounded men to safety and then grabbed the fire hose. Before the foam (water) came through, another bomb went off. Chuck lost his left leg in that explosion.
Since this happened, Chuck was an Artist, Singer, Drummer and hero again to anyone in need. His band was ''Chuck Price & the Country Vibrations''.
He married Carol in 1981 and they started singing and preaching in the Rescue Missions and other facilities.
He moved to Arkansas in 1983 with his wife and two sons, Jason and Nathan. We joined the Church Alive, 1984 to this date. Singing and ministering in Churches, Biker Rallies, Prisons (25yr) and Bible based Recovery centers (8yr).
Chuck has two more wonderful children, Charles Price and Kim, who live in California and His Brother, Roger and his lovely wife, Celeste from Arizona. He was preceded in death of His father, Ray; mother, Clarabelle and Step-mother, Francis.

I’m sorry but I know we will all be reunited someday. He worked for the Lord and affected a lot of people for God. I’m sure he’s rejoicing with them in Heaven now. Be thankful you had time with them and be proud that he has been promoted
