Peggy Ripper, 77, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away peacefully, Saturday, March 30, 2024, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born to Harry Henson and Genova Snyder Henson.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Ripper, of the home, one son, Keith Fisher (Lesa), of Marianna, Arkansas, four daughters, Wendy Graham (Jay), of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Kim Baker (Charles), of Marianna, Arkansas, Lindsey Martin (Chris), of Cabot, Arkansas, Heidi Pippenger (William), of Marianna, Arkansas, and nine grandchildren, Grant Fisher, Mikal Ripper, David Baker, Dillon Baker, Camille Culp, Maci Fisher, Emma Graham, Emily Culp, and Luke Gore, seven great-grandchildren, two brothers, Roy Henson (Suzie), of Evening Shade, Arkansas, Daniel Henson (Wanda), of Poplar Grove, Arkansas, and one sister, Lou Barboza, of Maryville, Tennessee, and one sister-in-law, Sharon Henson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, William ''Buddy'' Henson, and David Henson, and one grandson, Ben Gore.

Peggy enjoyed reading and nature especially the Fall Season. She loved witnessing about God and studying and reading her daily devotional.

Pallbearers will be David Baker, Dillon Baker, Charles Baker, Tim Henson, Joey Henson, and Jason Henson. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Nelson and Wade Whitehead.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at the Church of God, 1340 Highway 79, Marianna, Arkansas 72360 with services to follow at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow services at Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna, Arkansas. Family and friends may view and sign online guestbook www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/Marianna

Peggy and I were friends during our 12 years in Holly Grove elementary and high school. I recently reconnected with her.
She was always very sweet and a great classmate. She graduated with honors from Holly Grove High School in 1965.
I am saddened by her passing.
