Pamela Ann Nelson Dover, 68, of Moro, Arkansas passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024. She was born to Hugh Dean and Margaret Annette Nelson in Monroe County, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, Leslie Dover; two sons, Jason Dover (Ashley), Brandon Dover (Amy) all of Moro, Arkansas; two step-daughters, Cindy Sorrells of Moro, Arkansas, Tina Nickleson of Hickory Plains, Arkansas; one god-daughter, Natalie Wilson Michealis (Robert) of Wynne, Arkansas; grandchildren, Braxdon, BrieAnn and Brody Dover, Bryant and Sadie Burgess Jackson, Paisley and Harper Robinson and Brandon McNevin; six step-grandchildren, and 8 step-great-grandchildren. Pam also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Sharon Quinn.
Pam worked several places within her 68 years, Texaco, First National Bank, Kzot and East Arkansas Regional Unit for thirty years as a records supervisor where she retired May 20, 2022. She attended the First Assembly of God Church in Marianna, Arkansas.
Pam was a loving and giving person. She loved her grandkids, her swimming pool and shopping.
Pallbearers will be Austin Varner, Eric Varner, Robert Michaelis, Braxdon Dover, Jeremy Self and Alan Jackson. Honorary pallbearers will be Bryant Burgess, Jason Dover and Brandon Dover.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at First Assembly of God Church in Marianna, Arkansas with Brother Fred Dover and Brother Ron Chaney officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery. Leslie I am so very, very sorry to hear of Pam's death. I didn't know she was even sick. May God hold you and your family in the palm of his hands and give you all the peace and comfort that is needed in this time of sorrow.
