Mr. Paul S. DeSpain Sr., age 84, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024 in Mountain Home. He was born in Eudora, Arkansas on April 14, 1939 to Marshall and Zella (Bailey) DeSpain.
He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia (Kerr) DeSpain; two sons, Paul DeSpain Jr. and David DeSpain and one daughter, Tina DeSpain.
Mr. DeSpain Sr. lived a life filled with love, family and cherished moments. His legacy will be remembered through the fond memories shared by those who knew and loved him. In this time of sorrow, may his family find strength and support from the memories they shared together.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Paul S. DeSpain Sr. will be held at a later date, where family and friends can gather to pay their respects and share their memories.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.

I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Paul's passing. I lost touch with everyone after I moved, but have very fond memories of him. I remember how kind he was to the kids and me when they were little. I especially remember coming over one time around Christmas for snacks several years ago, and he had so much fun playing with my kids and keeping them entertained.
