Jeffrey David Conner

of Roland, AR

January 14, 1972 - December 9, 2023

Jeffrey David Conner, 51, of Roland, Arkansas went to be with the Lord December 9, 2023. Born on January 14, 1972 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado to David Conner and Sandra Conner. Jeff was known for his quick wit, silly laugh and ability to make anyone he was around feel really special. He was always interested in what was new with you in someone's life, asking questions about life and family, a small example of how he put others before himself-shining the light of Christ to everyone he met. Jeff was passionate about his work in pharmaceutical sales, helping those find physical healing through medicine. He was extremely kind, generous and courageous, leading his life with humility and intentional love. His heart was filled with gratitude no matter the circumstance. Jeff leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family members and will be deeply missed; however, we are thankful for the gift of his life and the promise of Heaven!

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Vera Conner, Darrell and Virginia Hubbard and his uncle, Kurt Conner. Jeff is survived by his wife, Erin Chandler Conner; his children, Chandler Conner, Emma Kathleen Conner and Winston Conner. Jeff is also survived by his parents, David and Sandy Conner; sister, Amy Katon (Bobby) and many family members, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends that he adored (and several dogs that he certainly cherished).

A Celebration of Jeff's Life will be held at New Life Church Greater Little Rock located 8000 Crystal Hill Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118 on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 11:00 am. Visitation will start at 10:00am.

I am deeply saddened by Jeff’s passing! I knew him until his wedding. What a great kid he was! He rarely was idle. Always up to something. Always laughing. All of his teachers loved him, including his aunt, Nancy. Erin, Chandler, Emma, Winston, David, Sandra, Amy, and Nancy, and me, will never be able to fill the void in our hearts due to his passing! I am honored to have had him as part of my life! Goodbye, Jeff!

Erin and Family, Catherine and I were at your wedding. We knew your mom and dad years before we knew David and Sandy and Jeff and Amy. They came to Estes Park every summer in the 70’s when I worked at the YMCA of the Rockies. This loss is like losing one of our family. Not only a christen brother but also a kind young man who grew with my girls - Alica,Danielle and Elizabeth. Our families have wonderful memories watching Jeff and Amy grow up together. Hyland Christen School had its beginning thanks to the entire Conner family, Herald & Vera , David & Sandy and Kurt & Brenda. The many church /family fishing trips, Red Barn picnics and countless Hyland field trips supporting our Hyland kids in sports events. The best memories of our family. All our prayers to All of your families. God is Good and we Will see Jeff again. Our ??.

To all the Conner and Chandler families.

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you and bring you peace.
It’s incredible how Jeff’s laugh can still be heard around the world by so many people who knew and loved him. Your arms are empty now, but for a short while. That hole is huge. God is with you as are our family’s thoughts and prayers. Can’t wait to celebrate with our brothers and sisters in eternity. Meanwhile, our earthly hearts are truly broken.

Erin I am sorry to hear of your loss. Jeff was a great guy, friend and soccer coach prayers and thoughts with you and all of your family. I texted Kendall at grad school at FSU in Tallahassee. She called me and she was so sad and sorry for y’all. Chad left me in February after 32 years. Never thought I’d be going through this. He moved to orange Beach AL. He works from the beach house and offshore fishes all the time. It got really old. We were not good empty nesters. We just grew apart and I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time if you ever want to call or text my cell is 501-813-5578.. give your precious children a hug for me. Just wanted you to know I was thinking of y’all. Love and prayers.

Erin, I am praying for you and your family. Jeff was one of the kindest, caring, uplifting people I have ever met. I loved when I would call him and he would start giggling. I can still hear his laughter now and see his smile. We worked together at Novartis (2016-2019?) in the neurology division. I spoke with both of you on the phone in the past year regarding our common issue. If you ever need to talk about that I would love to reconnect with you. Praying for you and your family.

Thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time. I met Jeff in August of 2004 when we started initial training together at Eisai. There were several of us that became close friends through training and throughout our time together at Eisai. His kindness. Loyalty. And his love for God and his family was undeniable. Not to mention, he was funny as heck. May the spirit of the holidays lift your spirits. And I pray for love and light for all of you in the days that come.
