Jonathan "TACO" Clark Phillips

of Perryville, AR

November 7, 1989 - June 20, 2023

Jonathan Clark ''TACO'' Phillips, 33, of Perryville, AR, went to be with the Lord, June 20, 2023. He was born Nov 7, 1989 to Robert Clark Phillips and Mother. Taco was preceded in death by his father, Robert Clark Phillips, whom he loved dearly and was greatly missed
.
Taco deeply loved his precious baby girl, Journey Mazalee Phillips. He couldn't wait to get home from work to see her smiling face at him. She adored him and him her. He would sing and dance with her to her favorite show, Cocomelon. If you were Taco's friend you were his family.

Taco was a loving man and would do anything for his friends and family. If you needed a shirt and all he had was the one on his back, he would gladly take if off and give it to you. Taco was one of a kind! He loved the Razorbacks and had studied at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He worked gathering stone for the Rock Yard, he was a carpenter, and finished up as a Delivery Leadman and Install Technician at Gregory's Delivery & Moving.

Taco is survived by his precious daughter, Journey Mazalee Phillips, Mother, Brothers, Joseph Nantze,(Tamatha Marshall), Eric (Jessica) Nantze, Sisters, Amy (Charles) McDade and Jaime (Scott) Eubanks. Nephews, Hunter, Fisher, and Tanner Nantze, Nieces, Gracie Pontius, Emily McDade, and Paige Nantze……

Special thanks to Mrs. Linda Zulpo and Krysti Zulpo, Kim Thibodaux, and Becky York Hunt.

Our sweet Taco… We loved you from the minute you started hanging out with Stetson and staying almost every night and weekend with us! You were like a son to Carroll and I. The long drives to out of town football games, beach trips, Branson trip and just hanging out with us. We love you like no other and miss you like crazy. I know now that you’re in the arms of Jesus and there’s nowhere better to be… We’ll see you again but until then, rest easy ??

I didn’t know Taco, nor his family. But I had to comment he looks like a wonderful youngman that loved life and his precious daughter more than anything. He must have had a good soul and great spirit.
God blessed him and I’m sure he inturn blessed everyone he knew.
He looks like a wonderful, life loving guy.
I’m so sorry for your loss.
God bless each of you that has been touched by this great spirit of a young man!!

You will be alive in our memories forever and Journey will always know that you loved her with all of your heart. You were the closest to a son I could have ever had. You and Heidi made a beautiful, smart and happy baby together. She will always know how important and dearly loved she is.
