She was a wonderful friend and neighbor for many years and will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Remember her as a more than competent, very reliable and hard working lab employee.
She was soft spoken, very kind. A lovely lady.
Very sorry for her loss. My condolences.
Dear Christy and family, I remember visiting your family on college weekends and a feeling of “home away from home†with homemade fudge and your mom’s sweet smile and her studying Bible scriptures. I am so shocked of the news of her passing and.only hope the memories and love she expressed will live on in you! â¤ï¸
I first met Barbara when I was about 8 years old. She married my cousin George. I remember seeing Barbara at holiday celebrations with other members of the Erion family, as well as at Okatoma, a wonderful place in the country where my Uncle Earl and Aunt Rose had a cabin. I remember Barbara as a kind, loving , and cheerful person. She seemed like she was always smiling and/ or laughing. Everyone in her immediate and extended family will miss her special qualities.
Christy , I have so many wonderful memories of your mother! I am sorry to hear of her passing. She was a wonderful example of a godly woman of faith. You and your family are in my prayers. Love Julie Wall/Goranson
Mrs. Barbara was one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and working alongside. I'm so blessed for getting to know her. Much love to all of the family.

Sending love and prayers from the Pendergrass Family, Okatoma Club
We were blessed for several years to sit behind Barbara, George, and family on Sunday mornings at Pleasant Grove. She was a very charming lady and both our daughters benefited from her mentoring through their teenage years. Our prayers are with you as you navigate through the void that her passing leaves, but fret not, for you will see her again, and what a glorious reunion that will be.
Dear Penny and Family, we’re sorry for the loss of your Wife, Mom and Grandmother. I met Barbara when our daughters became friends in school. Years ago I was wondering where the verse “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord†was in the Bible. I called Barbara and she new exactly, Joshua 24:15. We now have a plaque with the verse sitting on our fireplace. I’ll always remember her as a kind, quiet and sweet person. Her home reflected that verse and I know she’s at peace and in the house of her Lord. May God’s Mercy and everlasting Love comfort you. Friends in Christ, Denny and Helena
Barbara was my student several years ago in our clogging team, Konway Kickers..she was so sweet, and so quiet..Everyone loved her…she would say she was pobably too old, we said ,“ you can walk, can’t youâ€.. she loved it.Everytime I saw her, she says she would love to come back, and I told her she always had her spot saved…will miss seeing her sweet face…
My condolences to the family, especially George, at this time of loss. I remember Barbara from our days at the hospital and what a wonderful, thoughtful lady she truly was. Rest in peace Barbara. May perpetual light shine on Thee.
I’m so sorry for your loss, I first met Barbara years ago when she worked at the hospital, she was always the picture of a prim proper lady at that time, I was totally impressed since I was more of the laid back hippy type person. It was a pleasure working with her, running into her around town throughout the years, she was a beautiful Christian Lady. Condolences and prayers for all.
I am so sorry for your loss. She was a lovely lady with a generous heart. What rejoicing there must have been in heaven!
Christy (and Family), I am so sorry to hear about your mom! I pray the God of all comfort would comfort your hearts. I will be praying for you!
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Barbara was a wonderful, kind, thoughtful Christian woman who has left behind a beautiful legacy. You and your family are in my prayers.
Loved your mom. Our thoughts and prayers to all your family.â¤ï¸
