Karen Lynn Tablish, age 66, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023 in Little Rock.Karen was born December 1, 1956 in Wichita, Kansas to Harold C. and Jimmie Carolyn (McEntire) Mears. She was a loving wife and mother and she had worked as librarian at North Arkansas Community College in Harrison. Karen was a free spirit. She loved to travel with Mike and Tristan. Reading and coloring in her coloring book were some of her favorite activities as well as shopping at thrift stores. She loved her fur babies, Ragnar and Locki.Karen is survived by her husband, Mike Tablish of the home; her son, Tristan Tablish; her daughter, Christine "Chrissy" Mears of Columbus, Ohio; her brother, Donald Mears (Teena) of Mountain Home; two sisters, Elaine McLean of Yellville, Sandy Anderson of Harrison; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents.Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital501 St. Jude PlaceMemphis, TN 38105-9959

To all of the family, Iâ€™m so sorry to hear about Karenâ€™s passing. We havenâ€™t seen each other since my momâ€™s passing. I will always cherish our childhood memories.
