Jerry Lynn Grubbs, 70, of Conway, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on August 28, 2023. He was born March 12, 1953 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Doy and Geraldine (Jerry) Grubbs. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Doy and Jerry Grubbs.

Jerry, or known as ''Lynn'' to many, was a life-long grocery man. Lynn spent more than fifty (50) years in the grocery business. For more than a decade during the 80's and 90's, Lynn worked for a family-owned grocery store in Mena, Arkansas. Over the years, Lynn Grubbs worked for several other companies such as Safeway, Walmart Supercenter and Kroger. In the early 90's, he was instrumental in the successful openings of the newly-visioned Walmart Supercenters in northern Oklahoma.

Jerry Lynn Grubbs loved the beach, football and golf. He was a loyal supporter of the Oklahoma Sooners. But mostly, he loved his family. He was the best father, brother, papa and husband the world had ever seen.

Jerry Lynn Grubbs is survived by his wife, Karen of Conway; brother, Pat Grubbs and wife, Teresa of Tulsa; brother, Mike Grubbs and wife, Patty of Oklahoma City; son, Daniel Grubbs and wife, Shelby of Fort Smith; daughter, Kristen Grubbs of Conway; son, Chris Grubbs and wife, Nicole of Van Buren; son, Shane Waller of Judsonia; daughter, Heather Jewell and husband, Barry of Little Rock; Ryan Waller of Lexington; grandson, Blake Grubbs and wife, Sarah of Clarksville; granddaughter, Ali Parsons of Fort Smith; granddaughter, Makayla Baker and husband, Drew of Fort Smith; granddaughter, Kyah Grubbs of Fort Smith; grandsons, Gavin and Carson Grubbs of Van Buren; granddaughter, Rylee Smith of Conway; granddaughter, Ryen Grubbs of Conway; granddaughter, Lola Jewell of Little Rock; granddaughter, Sydnay Chastain (Taylor) of Roland; grandson, Ashton Waller of Ozark; granddaughter, Sloan Waller of Judsonia and a host of nephews, nieces and great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 1:00pm at New Life Church in Conway, Arkansas, located at 633 S. Country Club Road, Conway, Arkansas 72034. Flowers and arrangements may also be delivered to New Life Church on the day of Lynn's Celebration of Life.
