Our dear mother, Gloria Jane Swartz, sadly passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 85.
She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her.
She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Damascus, Arkansas and in El Cajon, California. She was a successful businesswoman, world traveler, runner, hiker, a great cook and she loved her church.
She had two sons, John Swartz, Jr. (Lisa) and Richard Swartz (Christy); plus two sisters, Chlorita Cox and Shirley Addington; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She has been touched by the hand of God.

I’m so very sorry to hear of your sweet mother’s passing. Gloria truly was an amazing and inspiring woman, and she will be missed by many. I’m praying for your family that you are filled with peace as you treasure your memories with her.
