Edward passed away on July 09, 2023, at the age of 83, at his home in Washington, MO. Edward was born August 26, 1939 to Frank and Ainsley Parham in Bassett, AR.
Edward graduated from Osceola High School in 1957 and went on to study economics at Arkansas Tech. Throughout college he worked summers at the Osceola Shoe Factory. After college he was a tool and die maker until his vision caused problems. In the early 70's he went into the Insurance profession. He was a leader in the field in Memphis, TN. He kick-started a more than 50-year career in which he excelled.
Edward met his future wife, Lillian (Donnie) Eatmon, during a work picnic at the Shoe Factory in Osceola in 1959. They were married in January 1961 and enjoyed 62 years together.
Edward is survived by his wife, Lillian Parham; sons, Tracy Parham of Washington, MO, Timothy (Stacey) Parham of Bentonville, AR; daughter, Kimberly (Mike) Coulter of Washington, MO; brother, Thomas Lee (Judy) Parham of Greenbriar, TN; two grandchildren, Jacob Russell Parham of Pea Ridge, AR and Emily Lane (Patrick) Reynolds of Bentonville, AR and one great- grandson, Beckett Alan Reynolds.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ainsley Parham and his sisters, Patricia Ann Allen and Bonnie Kay Howard.
Ed was a die-hard Razorback fan. Nothing could keep him from his TV at game time and he loved Dixieland jazz music. Edward's final resting place will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola in his BELOVED home state of Arkansas.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family asks for memorials to be sent to the local sheltered workshop, Empac Group Inc, 1600 West Main Street, Washington, MO 63090 OR High Tails Animal Sanctuary, 532 W. Front Street, Washington, MO. 63090.

Donnie and Kim, losing our loved ones is probably the hardest thing we ever encounter. Knowing we will meet them again in Heaven is the most comforting thing I can think of at the time of our loss. Eddie as I remember was always around. I don't recall meeting him, I just knew him through being in Osceola often as a teen ager. Then after I married Donnie, your cousin Donnie, I saw more of you while you lived in the Marion area because I knew you were related to my husband. I remember Kim as a young girl in school. She definitely in my opinion looked like her Daddy with her small features and small frame. Sissy Rodgers made me aware of Eddie's passing. I've been trying to find any information re: services for him. Tonight I found his picture and the story of his life. My heart goes out to you as you prepare for his celebration of life. I hope we can be with you on Friday. God is with you as he promises his children. I am praying for your family as you all continue your journey of this life with out Eddie's presence, but memories of times with him. I hope my message to you lets you know we care and is comforting that we do care. Sincerely, Chris Shoemake

Donnie
So sorry for your loss.
Eddie was a dear friend and fellow graduate of Osceola High School Class of 57. We played football together and had many happy conversations about his Arkansas "Hawgs" and my Georgia "Dawgs". He will be missed. A memorial contribution to Empac will be sent in Eddie's name.
