Lance Corporal Charles Corey Wiley took his final ride to be with his Lord and Savior on the afternoon of Saturday, July 01, 2023. Corey was a loving husband and father, a wonderful son and brother, and the most loyal friend. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. He loved cars and motorcycles, and video games. Corey enlisted in the United States Marine Corps on September 07, 2021 to proudly serve his country, and was a member of New Life Church of Heber Springs.
Corey is survived by his wife Hannah Wiley, and newborn son Cole Wiley of Oceanside, California; his mother and father Jenni Harrison and Cliff Harrison of Mt. Vernon, Arkansas; his sister Chloe Hunt, brothers Drake Harrison and Wyatt Harrison of Mt. Vernon, Arkansas; his brother Keegan Wiley and wife Morgan Wiley of Maumelle, Arkansas; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Bo Hagar and Amanda Hagar, and brother-in-law Corbin Hagar of Cabot, Arkansas; grandparents Calvin Stiffler and Valerie Thome, and Freida Wiley; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas on Thursday, July 6, 2023 led by Pastor James Dearmond and Pastor Chuck Jeffcoats of New Life Church of Heber Springs, there will be a visitation held one hour prior. Burial services will be held immediately after at Brown Cemetery in Mt. Vernon/Barney, Arkansas.

Please accept my deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers to all of Corey’s family and friends. Please also accept my sincere appreciation for his service to our Corps and country. Corey raised his hand and swore an oath to protect his country. Precious few are willing to make that choice. He did, and it is a humbling and honorable choice that speaks to who he was. He was a tough and dedicated Marine, too. As one of his Marine brothers and fellow mortar men said today at our Memorial Service for him here in Okinawa, “I hope he’s dropping rounds in Okinawa.†I’m sure he is.
