Beverly Parnell, 53, passed away in Jonesboro on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. She was born in Water Valley, KY on April 8, 1970 to Arthur and Louise Wells. Beverly was of Baptist Faith and an Alderman for the Victoria City Council. She enjoyed playing games, fishing, raising chickens and fussing with her husband. Beverly is survived by her husband, Gary Parnell; daughters, Amy Jo Wells, Becky Wells; grandchildren, Garrett Wells, Michael Halpain Jr, Otila Halpain; brother, Arthur Wells and sisters, Ruthann Kilpatrick and Gail Wallace. Beverly, the first time I met you was when you were staying with Judy. It was not long after that you met Gary and that was it. You two had been through a lot but that is what makes you stronger. I know that you are whole again just like Bobby. You will be missed by a lot of people but never forgotten. Fly high and tell Bobby and my precious Katie hi. ❤️🙏🏻
