of Bull Shoals, AR

May 29, 1977 - April 25, 2023

Billy passed from this world suddenly on April 25th, 2023. His life was a bright, shining flame extinguished too soon.

Billy was loved for his humor and the laughter he brought out in others. Bill was a hard worker and a leader by nature. Billy's uniqueness made him stand out among others and he loved his boys unconditionally.

Billy served honorably and proudly in the United States Army. He was a graduate of the MSSU Police Academy. He was also a volunteer fire fighter for the Eminence, Mo Fire Department.

He leaves behind his sons, Braiden and Brenton Bishop; a Grandson, Brett; his beloved Partner, Jessica Moulton; his Mother, Liza Mayes; his Step-Father, Mickey Downey; his sisters, Elizabeth Bishop, Amaretta Downey and Amanda Bishop; Brothers, Damien Downey and Cody Bishop; too numerous nieces and nephews and untold family and friends.

Billy joined his son, James Bishop; his Father, Barre Bishop and several family members upon his passing.

A private service will be held for family and friends at a future date.

Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.
