Alta Marie Fulmer Tramel of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away April 22, 2023. She was born May 13, 1938 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by her parents, Eunice Mathis Fulmer and Oather G "Bud" Fulmer and her dear husband, Kenneth Lee Tramel. They were married November 10, 1956, if he would have lived two more week's they would have celebrated sixty great years. Kenneth was the best husband and father.
Her brothers, William Fulmer, Royce Fulmer, Herman Fulmer; sisters, Cordie Mae Fulmer Black, Mirline Fulmer and Elsie Fulmer Mobley preceded her also. Alta went to work July 17, 1956 at the AMF Bicycle plant at 65th & Patterson Street in Little Rock, where she worked until 1972, stopping to raise her children. Son, Cecil Lee Tramel; a two daughters, Kathy Marie and Ruby Lee Tramel.
She leaves behind Kathy Marie Tramel, Cecil Lee Tramel and Ruby Lee Tramel. One granddaughter, Shelby Tramel Hoskins; one brother, Oather "Sonny" Fulmer and sister, Marie Carmichael.
Funeral service will be 10:AM Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I30, Little Rock, Arkansas. Visitation is Friday, April 28, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Funeral Home. Interment at Upper Springs Creek Cemetery, Belleville, Arkansas.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family. She was such a kind and sweet lady!! She will be missed. She has reunited with the love of her life. Which she missed dearly. So sorry!!

She was the best mother-in-law. I loved her sharing stories with me about her & Kenneth. She loved that man & missed him so much, now she will be with him. She had no enemies and was loved by everyone that she knew. RIP Alta & I love you.
Saturday morning my mom went to be with my dad in heaven. Mom was the most kindest, loving, nonjudgmental, supportive and beautiful woman â£ï¸ You will be missed and thought of everyday. Aunt Alta was a beautiful lady inside and out and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this period that they find comfort knowing their Mom is enjoying being with the love of her life again. May she Rest In Peace.
