of Little Rock, AR

December 5, 1951 - April 3, 2023

Peggy Joyce Martin-Hall, age 71, passed away April 3rd. 2023 after a brief illness. Peggy was born in Texas on December 5th, 1951. Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, Johnnie Faye Martin; brother, Thomas Jud ''TJ'' Martin and her beloved husband, Richard Len Hall Sr. Peggy is survived by her brother, David Martin; her sister, Margurette Tice; along with 5 nieces and 4 nephews.
Peggy was a retired Technician for the Arkansas State Highway Department. She was a dedicated employee and took pride in her career. Early on she enjoyed field work with the survey crews and travelling around the state for various projects, in later years she worked in the office.
Peggy and her husband, Richard, found each other later in life. They had a forever love. They enjoyed riding the Harley Davidson motorcycle, hunting, fishing and camping together. In later years, when Peggy's physical health stopped her from participating in these activities, Peggy continued to support Richard's enjoyment of those things.
Peggy was often referred to as the ''Big Guns''. On more than one occasion when her nephews had something big happening in life they would call Aunt Peggy. She always showed up no matter how far it was and brought just the right amount of positive energy and help.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital, in her name.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home at 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR 72209, Tuesday April 11th at 6 PM.
