Mary LaNell Goodman passed away Monday, February 20, 2023. She was born February 20, 1949 in Center, Texas to Mary Galloway and Everett Jones.
She was the Election Commissioner for Baxter County, Treasurer for the Clarkridge Volunteer Fire Department, along with many other things. She volunteered in her community and church. She taught Sunday School for many years. She was a great woman of faith. She was a worshipper to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandra Garrett.
She is survived by her husband, Jackie Goodman of Clarkridge; daughters, Mandi (Donnie) Miller of Conway, Mary (Terry) Davis of Walnut Ridge, Elizabeth (Al) Niang of New York; son, Paul (Meagan) Goodman of Ohio; brother, Chip (Susan) Jones of Florida; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren, who all loved her dearly.
A visitation will be held at Roller Funeral Home on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at Roller Funeral Home on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 10:00 am with Pastor Eldon Copper officiating. Burial will follow at Bentley Ridge Cemetery in Clarkridge with Pastor Donnie Miller. Arrangements are under the care of Roller Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice House in Mountain Home or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Jack, Mandi,Erica, Chip and Susan, How sad I was to learn o LaNell's passing! Please know I love each of you and grieve with you. When you can, please let me know how you all are. I have not had any luck trying to reach you. My attempts to let all Olen's relatives know that I still care will continue as I can.

Oh Mary I am so going to miss you! You were one of my first friends here when we retired here so many years ago. We had many good times and I so enjoyed your company. You got me invoked in lots of activities as you were so active and full of life. Prayers for your family to find peace and comfort. I will see you in Heaven my precious friend. ❤️❤️

I miss you momma. I don't know how I'm going to do this life without you. You were my rock,my best friend, cheerleader and my adviser. Most of all my momma.
