Pearl Roark, 98, of Marked Tree, AR passed away February 14, 2023 at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born July 4, 1924 to Ernest and Callie Greenhill. Pearl was a farmer's wife and a homemaker and she loved sewing, quilting, gardening and canning.
Pearl is preceded in death by her loving husband, William Edgar Roark; her parents; daughters, Lavinia King, Margaret Davidson and Theresa Lakey; sons, William Roark and Donald Roark; a granddaughter and a grandson; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
Left behind to cherish her memory are sons, Terry (Jackie) Roark of Truman and Bobby Joe (Whitney) Roark of Marked Tree; daughters, Susan Roark of Marked Tree and Bobbie Jean (Anthony) Provorse of Memphis, TN; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Marked Tree Cemetery.
Visitation will precede the service beginning at 11:00 am.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro, AR.
