An angel gained his wings on January 27, 2023. Victor Paul Elliott sadly passed at 88 years old in Conway, Arkansas. He enjoyed gardening, watching football games and spending time with his family and grandchildren. Victor was born in Rodney, Arkansas on August 19, 1934. He Served 4 years in the National Guard and later relocated to California, where he retired from his job of 31 years at the Tulare County Road Department. After his retirement his wife, Donna and he relocated to Arkansas. Victor joins his late parents, Ella and Elmer Elliott; siblings, Ula, Bula, Bessy, Dixie, Agnes, Willamae and children, Trinadell and Tommy.
Victor is survived by his wife, Donna Elliott; his children, Vicki Mills, Kevin Elliott, Paula Rios, Trudy Bird, Jim Bird, Tracey Gregory, Kim Gibson, Samantha Bryant, Ricky Johnston and Erick Johnston; his 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 11:00am with visitation at 10:00am. Burial will take place on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 1:00pm in Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway, Arkansas.
I know you were more like a brother to my mom than her uncle. I remember meeting you a few times when I was little but my mom has always told me what a wonderful and kind man you were. Rest easy now. â¤ï¸

Victor will never be forgotten. He was our special friend for over 50 years. Jeff and Vic worked together for several years at Tulare County Road Department. So many wonderful memories of good times together over the many years of friendship. Sending our love and condolences to all the family. We love you all. Loved my uncle Victor he was always so kind to me, used to sneak me twinkies from the family snack cabinet. I don’t remember him ever getting angry, he was always so calm and sweet. He was always about his home and children, he will be missed. Condolences and prayers for comfort.
Mr Elliott (Dad) I didn’t know you long but long enough to know what a special loving man you were. You and Donna were very kind to me when I first moved to Arkansas. I will always remember you. Rest in peace.
