Neil Robert Clark, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on January 26, 2023.
Mr. Clark was born on December 4, 1948 to his parents, Orbrey and Margaret Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles Clark.
Mr. Clark serve in the Army National Guard and Air National Guard. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rita Clark; son, Robert Jason Clark and wife, Ailene of North Little Rock; daughter, Tracy Lynn Powell of Sherwood; grandchildren, Robert Nickolas Clark, Misty Shipman, Donnie Addie and McKenzie Lynn Powell; great-grandchildren, Abbie Addie, Winston Shipman, Sammie Shipman and Haisley Lynn Powell.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church.

I worked Around and with Neil at the R.R. Very Kind and respectful guy. We had some laughs there too.
