Maria Rebeca Campos Escobar, 66 of Little Rock, passed away January 15, 2023 with her family by her side.
Rebeca was born in Mexico City, Mexico on January 30, 1956 to the late Miguel Campos and Aurelia Escobar.
Rebeca was married to Ricardo Morales on July 3, 1974, in Mexico City, Mexico. She is survived by her husband, Ricardo, her sons Ricardo and Issac, her daughter Jocelyn, her daughter in law Cathy and her granddaughters Daniela and Alessandra. She is also survived by her siblings Raul, Reyna, Alejandrina, Yolanda and Fernando.
Rebeca was an active and committed member of Mosaic Church. She was a prayer warrior and lovingly pursued and led many to Christ. Spreading His message and brining others to Him was her passion in life.
Rebeca had a playful side and a contagious laugh, and her presence never went unnoticed when she was in the room. She was a dedicated wife, mother, ''Abua'' (grandmother) and friend.
Rebeca loved sports, especially soccer. She loved to run and ran almost every day for years. She participated in many marathons in Mexico and several races here in Arkansas.
Services will be on Saturday January 28, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home.
