Jewel Kitchens, born September 17, 1944, age 78, of Roland, Arkansas passed away on January 19, 2023. Jewel was preceded in death by her mother, Naomi Bratcher; her father, Alvis Wilson and her grandson, Camden Castle.
She is survived by her husband, Van Kitchens; her children, Scott Kitchens (Sandra), Dana Kitchens-Dixon (Dion) and Kelly Castle (Tim); her sister, Sharon Martindale; her sister-in-law, Patsy Minyard; her grandchildren, Destiny Iglesias (Juaquin), Roe Kitchens, Wilson Kitchens (Bailee) and Tristan Dixon and her great-grandchildren, Layla, Lexi and Lily Iglesias.
Jewel was born in Prescott, Arizona. She and her family lived in various places across the U.S. until Jewel finally settled in Little Rock. She graduated from Joe T. Robinson and lived most of her adult life in Little Rock, except for a few years in Rogers and Kansas City.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 23rd at 2:00pm at Kennerly Cemetery Rd, Roland, AR 72135.
