Constance M. Leavell, 72, of Clarksville passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022 in Russellville. She was born June 27, 1950 in Clarksville to her parents, John & Lillian Marie (Glueck) Gilbert. Constance enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, crocheting, sewing and gardening. She was a member of Holman Freewill Baptist Church. Constance was a member of the Eastern Star.

Constance is preceded in death by parents, John & Lillian Marie Gilbert; brothers, Doyle Gilbert, Bobby Gilbert; twin brothers, Larry and Gary Gilbert, Jack Gilbert and nephew, Steven Gilbert.

She is survived by four sons, Chris (Laura) Hull of Knoxville; John Leavell of Clarksville; Elton Smalley of Fresno, CA and Josh DeYoung of Lamar; two daughters, Sarah (Mitch) Ruffaner of Clarksville; Tricia (Dillon) Slaten of Scranton; grandchildren, Logan Waller, Nevaeh & Skyla Ruffaner, Michael Hull, Samantha Hull, Alyssa Hull, Kylee & Katelynn Leavell; great grandchildren, Sophia & Riley Gassett; Bentley, Peyton, & Rowen Hull; two brothers, Vic (Brenda) Gilbert of Clarksville; John "Red" Gilbert of Clarksville; Sue Farmer, cousin and life long best friend; and several nieces, nephews, other family & friends.

Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Friday, December 9, 2022 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home with Gerald Gilbert officiating.

I remember Connie as a friend, lively, friendly, fun-loving, when we were teens. It seems l worked forever at Strand Theater and saw Connie mostly there. She was a very nice person and will be missed.

Connie was a very good friend of mine .I loved her like a sister.We worked together many years at the red Barn Restaurant .She will be so very missed.My thoughts and prayers are with you all today!
