Sandra Elliott, age 76, of Rogers passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022. She was born on August 9, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Sandra Elliott retired from Life Styles, Inc. in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She dedicated most of her career to Hospital administration. She was a devout member of her local Catholic church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Elliott; parents, Gene and Albina Shipp and her son, Sam Elliott.
Everyone knew Sandra as Sandy, but she was called grandma by most. She brought sunshine, kindness and laughter to everyone in her life. Her pride and joy in life were her two sons and three grandchildren. Sandy spent many hours volunteering at the Local Literacy Council. Education and helping others better themselves were always a passion of hers. There was never a time she wasn't providing a good loving home to an animal in need of love and companionship. She would surely be the biggest fan watching a St. Louis Cardinals Baseball game. Sandy was a wonderful mother and friend and will be greatly missed by anyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.
Sandy is survived by her brother, Danny (Rhoba and Jason) Shipp; son, Kenneth (Nick) Elliott (Leah and Sofia); daughter-in-law, Teresa Elliott; grandson, Nicholas Elliott (Jessica); grandson, Paul Elliott and granddaughter, Sarah Elliott.
Visitation will be 5-7p.m Tuesday, October 18, 2002 at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, Arkansas. A Memorial Service will be held at Roller-Chenal Funeral home in Little Rock, Arkansas, Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 2 pm. In place of flowers, please donate to the local Rogers or Little Rock Literacy Council or Humane Society.
