James Luther Bedwell, 92, of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away on October 6, 2022. He was born July 3, 1930 the son of Epsie and Christine Bedwell. He spent seven years in the Army proudly serving his country and then worked in Traffic and Logistics Management for the trucking industry. He loved the outdoors and his hobbies included fishing, golfing and working in his yard. James was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Joan Zinn. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 69 years, Jean Bedwell and 3 children, Jim Bedwell, Barbara (BJ) Richardson and Karen Bedwell. He also has 3 grandchildren, Morgan Cash, Grant Richardson and Michael Bradley as well as one great-granddaughter, Lillie Nagelhaut.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. and funeral services following at 1:00 both at Immanuel Baptist Church of Little Rock.
Funeral arrangements are handled by Roller-Chenal Funeral Home.
