So sorry to hear Buff passed away. I just came across his obituary while I was researching our family. My sister Marcia who took charge of this for years passed away suddenly in March 2022 and I have some family pictures she left me with that I would love to share with the Odoms and their families. We are first cousins and I remember their visits to St. Louis and my dad and I to Memphis fondly. We would all camp out in the living room and my dad Malcom, Aunt Mary Ann (she was so sweet) oldest brother would buy us White Castles for dinner. Grandma James always kept us informed on everyone on her visits to St. Louis. I think about what a cute little boy Buff was and how our birthdays were 2 days apart but I was five years older than him. Please feel free to contact me. Love Jessica

Mr. Artie, I’m glad I had the chance to be your relief engineer on the Hamilton! I’m going to miss calling you, whenever I have questions on how to fix something! I’ll be seeing you again, one day! Until then, RIP my brother! I’ll do my best to keep our boat in tip-top shape.
