Cindy Phillips, 73, of Lavaca, Arkansas formally of Paris, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 in Barling with her family by her side.

She was born on November 13, 1948 in Paris to her parents, George Boles and Betty (Walker) Boles. Cynthia was an assembly line worker for Cloye's Gear company in Paris and at the shoe factory. She enjoyed buying jewelry, going to yard sales, drawing and listening to all kinds of music, especially Elvis. She was a people person, she was always visiting and doing things for others. She loved spending her free time with her children and grandchildren. One memory that they all said they would miss was her old-time homemade breakfast, cooking over hot coals, her sewing and mending clothes that were worn and tattered and the trips to play bingo.

She is preceded in death by her parents, mentioned above; her two husbands, David Rieder, Sr. and her current husband of thirty-eight years, Larry Phillips; one daughter, Monica Rieder and one sister.

She is survived by her three sons, David Rieder, Jr. and wife, Stephanie of Clarksville, Arkansas, Brandon Rieder and wife, Amanda of Paris, Arkansas, Cody Phillips of Lavaca, Arkansas; one daughter, Geneva "Jenny" Rieder and companion, Michael Jorden of Paris, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren, Andrew Davis, Nick Davis, Ciara Rieder, Emmaline Rieder, Kenleigh Rieder, Ethan Rogers, Maddie Rieder, Parker Rieder, Morgan Lovell, Jason Lovell II, Amber Lovell and Will Phillips; eight great grandchildren; other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 26, 2022 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris. Cremation arrangements and memorial service are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Sharp, MonaLisa Raschke and Debbie Snyder.

Cindy and I were best friends in high school. we did everything together. Had some really great times chasing boys. We lost touch through the years,but she had a special place in my heart.. No more pain. Rest in.peace my friend.
