Carol Sue Reynolds

April 9, 1943 - August 16, 2022

Carol Sue Reynolds, 79, went home to be with the Lord on August 16, 2022. Carol was born April 9, 1943 to Eva and Ralph Brakensiek in Tyronza, Arkansas. Carol was of the Methodist faith and she leaves behind her husband, who was the love of her life for 59 years, Larry Gerald Reynolds, they were married in Rosewood Methodist Church on March 21,1963 and were members of First United Methodist Church at the time of her death.

Throughout her life she was a devoted homemaker, devoting all of her time to raising her family as a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, all of whom loved her dearly.

Over the years she loved gardening, reading so many books and doing her cross-word puzzles, but she took much pride in her Sewing, Knitting and Needlework. She was always making her children and grandchildren Christmas stockings, baby blankets and many other cross- stitch work, that they will cherish forever.

She was pre-deceased by both of her parents and a brother, Charles Brakensiek and wife Patsy; and her son, William (Bill) Larry Reynolds.

Her loved ones that are left behind to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Larry Gerald Reynolds, who was with her when she left this world. Her 2 daughters, Alisa Rivera (Nicky), Jennifer McDaniel (Brian); sister, Jane Sisler; Grandchildren, Nicholas Rivera (Brittney), Justin Rivera, Kaitlann Rivera, Faith Bachelor, Jonathan Bachelor, Connor Bachelor, Garrett Reynolds; her great granddaughter, Kenleigh Rivera and 2 step grandchildren, Josh and Taylor McDaniel, along with many other nieces and nephews and cousins; relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 19, 2022 at the pavilion at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion. Entombment will follow.

Visitation will precede the service from 10:00-11:00 AM at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N. Pine Street, West Memphis.
