Rena Sue Lynch

of Clinton, AR

March 29, 1942 - July 28, 2022

Rena Sue Lynch, age 80, passed from this life on July 28, 2022, to wake up in glory greeted by her late husband Dale Lynch and late daughter Pearl Ann Burger.

Rena was born March 29, 1942 in Searcy County, Arkansas to the late Russell and Talmadge Treat. It was there where she met her husband of 64 years, Dale Lynch. They planted roots in Van Buren County during the 1970s and raised their children in this community.

Left to cherish her memory is son Jason Dale Lynch and wife Keisha Lynch of Clinton, grandchildren Savannah Lynch and fiancé Charleston Sowell, Corbin Lynch and Nick Burger of Niles, Michigan and many close friends and family.

Rena will be remembered as Mom, GiGi, sister and friend by so many left here who reflect on the times they shared with her. She was a wonderful wife and mother who was always there if anyone needed her, related or not. She was a well-loved member of the community of Clinton and of her church family, and left her legacy both inside and outside of Van Buren County. Rena served many years on the Van Buren County Fair Board, Ozark Health Hospital Auxiliary, VBC Cattlemen's Association, and local Master Gardener's chapter. She was an active member of her church families, and loved helping in the nursery and at VBS. She took any chance available to volunteer at elections and county events. She never missed an awards assembly or Friday lunch with Savannah and Corbin in the cafeteria, and was a GiGi to many who went to school with them.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 16th at 6:00pm at First Baptist Church in Clinton, Arkansas.

So sorry to hear about my dear friend Rena passing. She was one of a kind. We got in trouble sometime for our clowning around but we were both a little mischievous in our own way. We had some amazing and memorable times together. She will be missed by those who knew her which were a lot of people. Wherever she went somehow people knew or had heard of her and it was always good. Rest In Peace with Dale and Pearl Ann who I know you missed so much. Thinking of family members she left behind at this time. Love to all

Prayers of comfort to all of the family and friends of my Aunt Rena. The happy memories are so precious and numerous, we are truly blessed that we are family and we will see each other again one glorious day! So many memories fill my mind like the celebration of each cousin when we finally reached her height. (Usually around 8-9 years old😂). She was small in stature but her great spirit and joy in life ripple over us all still! She was excellent at making all our times together adventurous and amazing! Love and Hugs to all who loved her and all those she loved!❤️
