Jerry R. Jones, 81, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord July 25, 2022. He was born on February 22, 1941 in Little Rock, Arkansas to James R. and Ferol Frances Jones. Jerry proudly served for 16 years as a dispatcher for the Pulaski County Sheriffs Department. He loved spending time with his family and being outdoors.
He is preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Terry Rush and sister, Judy Tribble. He is survived by the love of his life, Susan Chitty-Jones; two children, Kevin Jones (Tanya), Lisa Surrett (Barry); grandchildren, Whitney Ives (Alex); Victoria Jones; Reid Surrett and five great grandchildren, Nora Ives; Emma Ives; Jackson Ives; Haley Rush; and Clara Rush.
In Lieu of flowers, please make memorials in Jerry's name to Hospice Home Care.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm, Wednesday, July 27, 2022 in the chapel of Roller Chenal Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 10 am, Thursday, July 28th. Burial will be at Riverwood Memorial Park in Maumelle, Arkansas

Jerry was my stepfather. We all loved him very much. He was so good to my mother. There love was very special. He was a strong,positive,caring and Sentimental man. We are all better people just for knowing him. He will be missed but never forgotten.
