Don Henry was one of the nicest people I've met in Osceola. He had a great sense of humor. He left Jessica Boyett a phone message once asking if she was selling any eggs from their new chicken...it was a 6 foot metal chicken on their front porch 😂. He pet sit for me sometimes. There aren't many people I would trust in my home when I'm not there but he was one of them. I will miss him.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Hugs to Billy & Shelley- I love y'all. Thankful for my wonderful memories of Don & all the laughs.

One moment that always comes to my mind with Don. I remember winning a ball game and Don taking me & Shelley to Big T ( think that was the name in Osceola) he said Girls- pick anything you want on the menu- even dessert! He always showed us how proud he was of us! His BIG hugs always made ME feel special.

Don Ray was so much fun to be around. He was always the life of a crowd with many stories, most of them true. He would take a serious subject and make it sound like it was no big deal. He loved people, all people, young or old, big or small. He had a smile for us all. Rest In Peace Don Ray.
