Lynn Branscum Thomas, 82, of Pleasant Plains passed away May 30, 2022.

She was born March 23, 1940 in Salado, Arkansas to Hiram Wilson Branscum and Lucy Jenkins Branscum.

Lynn was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Pleasant Plains; was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star's Pleasant Plains Chapter, where she served numerous positions. She loved visiting with her family and friends and was very fond of flowers.

Survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Edward Thomas; infant daughter, Dara Darlene Thomas; six brothers, Cleo Branscum, Leo Branscum, Rader Branscum, Ernest "Dutch" Branscum, Troy Branscum and Clifford "Pete" Branscum and three sisters, Lorene Headstream, Mae Defreece and Lois Goff.

Pallbearers are Clif Jernigan, Jacob Jernigan, Tom Jernigan, Leo Branscum, Wayne Green and Stacey Caplener.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm Friday, June 3, 2022 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville with Billy Sutton officiating. Burial will follow at Putman Cemetery in Pleasant Plains.

Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 pm Friday just prior to service at the church.
