Elsie Irene Severs Scott is my Grand Aunt. Aunt Elsie was a wonderful Christian Lady, who will be much missed by everyone that knew her. She spent about thirty years as cook/head cook/food director at Mountain View School in Stone County, Arkansas. Aunt Elsie was beloved by the children and adults, who attended and worked at the school. We liked the days that she would cook her mouth watering hot rolls and I received some of those delicious birthday cakes that she made during my youngsterhood. I can't say enough good things about Aunt Elsie.
ELSIE IRENE SEVERS SCOTT R.I.P.
Mrs. Scott was such a kind and gracious lady. I’m proud to have known her an Mr. Scott for such a long time. She was such a good cook at our Mountain View Schools and all the food was cooked from scratch, no microwave lunches would have been tolerated. Danny and Vernon, I know you will miss your mother terribly but she will be waiting for you in Heaven.
