Billie Joyce Savage, 88, of Osceola, AR passed away March 16, 2022. She was born September 10, 1933 in Loudon, TN to Roy Lee and Mollie Jones. Billie was retired from Southwire Specialty Products in Osceola. She was a former employee of Osceola Chamber of Commerce and Loudon Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Development Committee. Billie was a member of First Baptist Church of Osceola. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and spending time with her loved ones. She is survived by her daughters: Jane L. Stanford, Ann Savage; grandchildren: Alex (Lindsey) DeClerk, Jessica (Michael) Griffin; great-grandchildren: Rylan Griffin, Luke DeClerk, Tallesse DeClerk, and Asher Griffin. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: James C. Savage Jr.; son-in-law: Scott Stanford; grandson: Cullen DeClerk. A visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola on Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm with the funeral service to follow at 2:30 pm. Internment at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens. The Family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's hospital in Memphis or to the Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
