Amanda Danett Harrison

of Russellville, AR

April 27, 1980 - February 23, 2022

Amanda Harrison, 41, of Knoxville, died Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in Clarksville. She was born April 27, 1980, in Russellville to James Steven and Cynthia Sue (Butler) Osborn. Amanda was deeply devoted to her family and her community. She was the biggest (and loudest) supporter of her own children in their many sporting endeavors. Amanda was a teacher at Lamar High School and very involved in the school athletic department. She organized team meals and was known as the loudest voice in the Lamar Warrior stands. Her students knew her as a friend first and a teacher second, often spending time in comfy chairs at the back of her classroom talking and laughing. Amanda also loved camping, fishing, the beach, and babies.
She is survived by her loving husband Brian Harrison; three sons, Alex Spradlin, Landon Harrison, and Carson Harrison; one daughter, Kylie Harrison; her parents, Steve and Cindy Osborn; her father- and mother-in-law, Bill and Connie Harrison; one sister, Stephanie Dunning and husband Chris; two brothers-in-law, Greg Harrison and wife Katy, and David Harrison and wife Nicole; five nephews, Holt, Cosner, Ruston, Evan, and Asher; five nieces, Claire, Avagail, Henley, Quinn, and Layla; her grandparents, Roy and Betty Butler; her grandfather, James Osborn; special friends Frankie Jo Casey and Christine Selby; and numerous other family and friends.
Amanda is preceded in death by one son, Braden Thomas; and her paternal grandmother, Bobbye Osborn.
A visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2022 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home chapel. A funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, at the Lamar High School Gymnasium, with interment at Bowden Cemetery in Pottsville, officiated by Bro. Nate Willcutt. Alex Spradlin, David Harrison, Greg Harrison, Shane Butler, Stephen Harrison, BJ Gooden, Cosner Harrison, and Chris Dunning will serve as pallbearers.
