Margaret Cherry Aliano

of Harrison, AR

October 21, 1935 - February 6, 2022

Margaret Mae (Cherry) Aliano went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Somerset Senior Living. She has been reunited with the love of her life, James Aliano, Sr., and her daughter, Deborah Ann Aliano. She was born on October 21, 1935, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Robert W. and Beatrice Mae (Williams) Cherry. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Ruth Collis; her loving husband, James Aliano, Sr.; and her daughter, Deborah Ann Aliano.

Margaret was gifted in many areas. Her hobbies included ceramics, crocheting, gardening, and puzzles, but to her family, her excellent cooking was her greatest talent. Jesus was always first in her life and she loved singing hymns and playing the accordion.

Margaret is survived by her brothers, Wesley Cherry of Pennsylvania and Raymond Cherry of Montana; her sons, Dana Aliano of New Jersey, James and Darcey Aliano of Harrison, Arkansas, and Stephen and Tanya Aliano of Harrison; her daughter, Christine and Anthony Lampkin, of Bergman, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jordan, Tierra (Christopher), Gregory, and Alexis (Brent); her great-grandchildren, Lexton, Lincoln, Bane, and Liberty; and also a host of extended family and friends who will miss her deeply.

The family would like to give a special thank you and honor to all the staff of Somerset Senior Living for their time, care, and love to our precious mom, Margaret Aliano.

This is not goodbye but see you later until we meet again in God's house where we shall be together forever with the Lord.
