of Little Rock, AR

October 27, 1933 - February 5, 2022

Zenaida H. Gaiser entered the Kingdom of Heaven on February 5, 2022, at age 88. She was a devout Catholic and one of her most endearing qualities was her love and faith in God. Zenaida was predeceased by her husband, Oscar Gaiser, and parents Nicolas and Mercedes Halal.

Zenaida and Oscar immigrated to Little Rock from Manila, the Philippines in 1971, and raised their family here. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother and the rock of the family. She was so well loved for her kindness, her loving nature, and her sense of humor.

She is survived by her children Liza Fernandez (Phil), Miriam Bernardo (Mike), Annabelle Gaiser, Joey Gaiser, and Doris Gaiser; and her grandchildren Lance, Christina, Lee, Steven, Michella, Anthony, and Mitchell. She was cherished by ten great-grandchildren: Preston, Nate, Avery; Jillian, Lucy; Elizabeth, Mateo; Oskie; Kaleb and Jaxon.

The family invites you to a visitation at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 8, 6:00-8:00 p.m. with a Rosary prayer at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held February 9 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church with a Rosary beginning at 10:30 a.m.

The family request anyone attending the service and visitation wear a mask.

She was truly a wonderful person and a very dear friend of mine. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America Court Our Little Flower. She always helped with everything that she could and had a wonderful sense of humor. She loved the trips that she got to go on with her family and always told us stories if her adventures. She will be missed by Court Our Little Flower and the Friday morning group at St. Theresa's Catholic church. She was a true friend to me and we got in a lot of trouble together. Will miss you my friend. Thinking of her family and praying for you. All my love Dottie

Zenaida was a beautiful and loving friend. I will always cherish my friendship with her and her wonderful family. May god comfort her family during this time of sorrow. She was also a wonderful friend to my sister (Elizabeth McIntyre) during the Timex years. God bless you all.
