In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two younger brothers, James Ronald and Virgil Gary Higginbotham.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, George Karl Mount; her four sons, George Karl ''Duke'' Mount, II, Cash Jeffrey Cole Mount (Thi), Chad Jeremy Mount (Cathy), and Wade Armstrong Mount; her brother, Jerry Wayne Higginbotham (Patricia ''Pat''); her sister, Janice Lynn Ivy; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Karl and Nicole Marie Mount, Jeffrey Cole Mount, Krystal Dawn and Killian Gray Mount, Austin Wade Maverick and David Dalton Cole Mount; a great-granddaughter, Nova Fae Cole; a nephew, Jerry Wayne Higginbotham, Jr. (Monica); six nieces, Sherri Lynn Taylor (Ryan), Melissa Ann Higginbotham, Angel Nicole Collins (Izaiah), Amber Elizabeth Ivy, Lauren Kristen Newberry (Brandon), and Emily Noelle Ivy.

She loved teaching, painting, and flowers. She excelled as an elementary school and a homeschool teacher. She was an accomplished artist and a certified Bob Ross painting instructor.

She loved her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. In the last couple of years, when she often was too sick to read, she listened to sermons, especially by her favorite preacher, Dr. Voddie Baucham. She truly believed ''''¦that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.'' (Rom. 8:28)

A memorial service will be held at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK Blvd., North Little Rock, on Monday, February 7, at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Jeffrey Johnson officiating.
