Kathleen Virginia Moore, age 87, of North Little Rock, AR., passed away peacefully on January 28, 2022. She was born June 16, 1934, in Miami, Florida to John L. and Mildred V. (Gillette) Bissett.

She was a devoted wife and mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family! She worked many years for Park Hill Baptist as a Preschool Teacher. She had a love of football (especially the Minnesota Vikings), the fire department, animals and Nascar. She was known as the little sweet lady who had a spunky nature, that made those around her laugh and feel loved.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother John Lawrence Bissett, Jr. and her husband Tommy Frank Moore. She is survived by her loving children Charles Ronald Moore, Mary Sue Nony (husband, Kenny), Teresa Diane Estabrook, and Andrew Jonathan Moore (wife,
Rachael). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Virginia Segriest, Philip Moore, Charlie Moore, Amanda Inman, Heidi Green, Matthew Tull, Mason Tull, 14 great grandchildren and host of family and friends.

Kathleen was a very smart, sweet, gracious lady, who loved helping her children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
She was very pleasant to talk to, & loved telling about her family history.
She also had a very loving heart for her dogs & all animals.
She will be greatly missed by all who had the wonderful pleasure of knowing her.
