I am so sad to hear of Phillip's passing. I have a treasured memory of him letting me practice driving. He would let me drive him to the sonic on the weekends. He was such a kind, caring, and selfless person. I will miss him so much. Prayers to his family. So glad through Bettye, and my parents; Joyce and Ralph Marshall I was able to have had the opportunity to get to know Phillip. He was like family. 🙏

Phillip we will miss you hearing your voice telling stories about your life. I don’t think there is anyone that you didn’t help. You stood your ground but your heart was like a big teddy bear. I love you also for taking good care of my sister and spoiling her and being there for her. I want never forget you saying we ( you and I ) we are the babies of the family you got to love us. You always made sure we had deer meat. It want be the same coming down to Gill without you here. This isn’t good bye it is til we see each other again. Charlie and I love you and miss you. I know Heaven gained a beautiful soul. Marilyn ( Sis ) so sorry my heart breaks for you wish I could had kept Phillip here for you but God was ready for another Angel.
