We knew her for a very short time, but was that time a valuable piece of my life. She talked of my dad, their childhood and the family I longed to be a part of for so many years. We love you Aunt Martha and will miss your smile.

Brenda, Marvin & families......I was so shocked to see that your mom had passed away. Oh how we all loved Martha. I have wonderful memories from a long time ago when we were all going to Church together, eating at each others houses. Your mom was such a hoot and a real character. I think the last time I saw her was outside your store there in WH. Sending lots of love and prayers for you all.

When I was really young I always noticed how she wore her makeup and I loved it. She was a colorful person, one you can never forget once you meet her.

So sorry to hear about her passing. I'm sure you have lots of wonderful memories of her though.

Mrs. Heidelberger was across the hall from my Mother (Sylvia Atkinson). I visited with her often before my Mom passed away. She was such an uplifting presence in those hard years and we shared a love of birds and nature. It is to my regret that I did not return to visit her after that. I thought of her often, but visiting was so hard. She was an angel to me in a time when I needed it. She was such a precious, caring, person. I pray she is seeing beautiful birds in heaven.

My Aunt Martha by marriage to her nephew, Henry Heidelberger, Jr., was a fascinating woman! From the very first time I met her, we were fast friends. She always had a story for me, full of intrigue that normally ended with loud laughter from each of us. We shared a love of Elvis and children. At each gathering, she wanted to know about each of our grandchildren and how they were doing. She was a hoot to be around and my life is richer for knowing her. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. I can only imagine the uproars in heaven now that she is there!
