Mr. Franklin E. Holt, 72, of Gassville, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, January 16, 2022 in Mountain Home. He was born December 09, 1949 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Salmer and Marge (Hadgood) Holt. He was a Navy Veteran, retired Army Veteran, and retired airplane mechanic for United Airlines. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and the Knights of Colombus. He was a devoted husband and father, and loved his family beyond measure.

Franklin is survived by his wife: Ann Holt; son: Joe D. Palmere (Therese); 3 daughters: Suzanne M. Kosten (Ed), Mary E. Mauch (Tony), Ann R. Crowe (Dan); 11 grandchildren: Terry Palmere (Jenn), April Giannosa (Sy), Erika Kosten, Andrea Kosten (Matt), Jacey Edwards (Stuart), Luke Kosten, Mark Albin (Aaron), Matthew Crowe, Marie Crowe, Kayley Crowe, and Dominique Crowe; 7 great-grandchildren: Zyler Palmere, Aurora Palmere, Julia Giannosa, Ivan Giannosa, Callen Edwards, Andrew Edwards, Cael Palmere; brother: Roger Holt, and 2 sisters: Lois Stamper and Joyce Alderson (Bill). He is preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial mass will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Baxter Memorial Gardens.
