I worked with Jim many years at the Department of Health. I will miss him very much. He had such a calming effect on me and others when things got hectic around the office and he was outstandingly professional when dealing with others. He was one of a kind. My prayers and sympathy go out to you and the family. I know he was greatly loved.
Dear Sharon Kay,

Sharon, I am so sorry to read of Jim’s death. I will miss not talking to him every March 13 when we joked about which one of us was born first on that day. Great memories of a great guy.
Sending wishes for peace and love to Jim’s family. I worked with Jim for many years at the Health Department. He was a wonderful person to work with. He was often charged with working in difficult situations because he could quietly and calmly get things done while ruffling the minimum of feathers. He was a great guy and will be missed.
