Ellen Louise Tippit, 86, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. She was born August 12, 1935 to the late, William Otto Wagner and Etta Ann West Wagner in Rose Creek, Arkansas
She was retired from the American Red Cross where she served as Director of Blood Services. Louise was a long-time member of Immanuel Baptist Church and was a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Tippit; grandson, Joseph Wagner Cook; brother, W.A. Wagner and sisters, Laverne Hubbard and Allene Robertson. Louise is survived by her daughter, Kim Cook (John); niece, Patricia Watts (Doug); nephew, Mick Wagner (Mabel); great-nieces, April Cooper (David) and Natalie Wagner Hasenbeck; and great-nephew, Nathan Wagner (Tiffany).
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 12, 2021 at Immanuel Baptist Chapel with Reverend Phil Spigner officiating. Burial will follow at Aunt Dilly Cemetery, Casa, Arkansas. I recall seeing you in Eureka Springs, must have been 6 years ago or more. You looked so good and happy and cracked a big smile, making me so happy to see you. I hadn’t seen you in several years at that time.
Thank you for all the good times we shared at the Red Cross. You kept things moving, and were such a pleasure to work for!
I work at the nursing home she was at. We didnt get along in the beginning but we had a great bond. I enjoy seeing her every weekend. She was a character. I will forever miss her

John and I love you, and You know John Cook has Kim, and as I told you years ago, I love your daughter like she's my sister....I will ALWAYS be there for her....YOU AND Mr. Tippit SURE did an extra good job on that girl!!
