Carolyn was my supervisor for a while when I worked at the VA hospital. She was a very kind and caring person. She fought tooth and nail to get an upgrade in the cashier's positions and was successful. She will be greatly missed, prayers and condolences for the family

I am so very sorry for your loss. Carolyn was absolutely wonderful to work with. She always helped me when I needed it (which was quite often). She was such a kind, considerate, hard-working woman who set the example on how to treat others. She made everyone smile and her sense of humor was contagious. Carolyn will be greatly missed by me and all of Nutrition and Food Services.

Carolyn was a great work mentor and friend. I am thankful for the years I got to spend with her in the Budget section of Fiscal service at CAVHS. She taught me a ton and was very patient with me as I tried to learn everything that was 2nd nature to her. She was never too busy to help anyone, no matter the circumstances. She will be tremendously missed by many, including me.

My heart is heavy today as I remember my friend Carolyn Roberts. She and I celebrated so many days together as Logan and Clayton's grandmothers. We rushed to and fro to enjoy their activities and to proudly applaud their achievements. My prayer is that God will keep the hearts and minds of all in the family circle as we all mourn the passing of Carolyn--knowing that the great struggle is finished. With all my love to the family. I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn at the VA for many years. She was always kind and patient …..never to busy to answer my silly questions or help if needed. And boy did she love her family….especially sharing stories about her grandkids. We have lost a special soul but heaven has gained an Angel. Rest in Peace my friend….prayers for her sweet family.

Carolyn was one of the most caring persons I ever knew. Growing up she was a mentor to me in church and community. My very first real job was working as a secretary for her CPA office in Stephens, Arkansas. Working for Carolyn was more than just a job. She taught me so much about life. Deepest condolences to Stephanie & Emily and the entire family. Prayers for comfort and peace knowing that she is in a much better place.

Carolyn will be missed by so many of us. She was a blessing to me and hundreds of others as she served Veterans at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) for well over 25 years. She was a mentor and resource. She was caring, kind, considerate and had a great sense of humor. She was a stickler for details..... that was what she did best..... and she would work long hours to check, double and triple check her work. She loved her family and her grandchildren were her pride and joy. We are praying for Carolyn's family during this difficult time. Her legacy will live on for many many years through all of those whose lives she touched.
