Darrell Wayne Constant, 67, of Trumann, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born January 5, 1954 to Arvie Bestel and Edith Constant. Darrell worked construction and loved golfing and fishing.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Floyd, Jerry and Doyle Constant; and four sisters, Hazel Turner, Shirley Woodall, Billie Scott and Erma Boatman.

Survivors include his son, Darrell (Courtney) Constant, Jr.; a daughter, Kim (Teddy) Pollard; two step-children, Colton (Morgan) Turner and Tara (Gene) Pearson; eight grandchildren and one on the way; one great-grandchild and another on the way; and three sisters, Tammy Elrod, Bonnie Ellison and Abbie Thacker.

A celebration of life will be Saturday beginning at 10 am at the Craighead Forest Park Pavilion #1.

I’m so sorry you had to go, but the Lord needed you home with HIM. You were a wonderful man to all who knew you, and loved by so many… including me. You were the best dad to our two beautiful children, Kimberly and Darrell Jr., and our 6 grandchildren, and great grandson Myles, his little brother on the way. You will be missed so much.
