Rusty and Carter family, I'm so sorry to hear of Dusty's passing. I would run into Dusty whenever I came back to Marianna and he would catch me up on what was going on around town. I always enjoyed Dusty's dry sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers are with the Carter family during this painful time.
